A young man from Nigeria identified as Gambo Yakubu has been arrested by the Kano Police Command for forgery and impersonating Ahmed Musa.
The young man was said to be impersonating himself as Nigeria Ahmed Musa, defrauding and taking money from people and promising to take them abroad to play football. Unfortunately enough for him, a report was made and he got himself arrested by the police.
According to the police investigation, the young man who was said to be the 30-years, was caught with some forged documents that bears the name of the Super Eagle striker which he uses in defrauding his clients, taking money from them and promising to get a contract for them with some football clubs he claims to work with abroad.

The 30-year-old has admitted to have defrauded a total amount of seven hundred thousand naira (N700,000) from more than 15 of his clients which he said, he used in spending on hotel bills and his girlfriends in Sabon Gari area of Kano State.
Gambo Yakubu confessed to the police that he went as far as selling forms at the rate of five thousand naira each to his clients interested in going abroad to play football.
Yakubu was said to have worked with Ahmed Musa sports centre before he was sacked and went ahead to start his illegal business with forged documentation.
